We provide practical support, coordinated guidance, trusted referrals, and community-centered connection before overwhelm becomes crisis.

Unlike systems that often respond only after burnout, breakdown, or major disruption, anjoRENEW focuses on helping life feel more manageable in real time.

Many women are carrying invisible responsibilities that impact:

  • relationships

  • emotional capacity

  • organization

  • confidence

  • daily functioning

At the same time, many providers and helping professionals are attempting to support overwhelmed clients without enough coordinated infrastructure around them.

anjoRENEW was designed to support both.

What The Process Looks Like

Step 1: Join the Membership

Members enroll in the annual anjoRENEW Membership, also referred to as an assurance plan.

Membership is designed to encourage utilization of support services, relationship-based guidance, and community connection.


Step 2: Complete the Lifestyle Review Questionnaire

Members complete a Lifestyle Review Questionnaire to reflect on:

  • daily responsibilities

  • stressors

  • routines

  • areas of overwhelm

  • current support systems

  • practical challenges impacting daily life

The goal is not diagnosis.
The goal is understanding what life and work currently feels like behind the scenes.


Step 3: Meet with a Lifestyle Consultant

Members meet with a Lifestyle Consultant to review the questionnaire together and identify supportive next steps.

This conversation may include:

  • identifying pressure points

  • discussing practical support needs

  • prioritizing next steps

  • exploring referrals or resources

  • creating more sustainable routines and systems


Step 4: Utilize Support in the Way That Helps Most

Members may utilize support differently depending on their season of life.

Examples include:

  • Connection Calls for guidance and prioritization

  • Lifestyle Coordination Meetings for hands-on support

  • Go-With-Me Sessions for overwhelming tasks or appointments

  • Renewal Groups for shared support and community

  • Life Admin Sessions for accountability and practical task support

Some members need occasional support.
Others utilize more intensive support during periods of transition or increased stress.
