This is for members who want focused, practical support beyond basic referral guidance. Time can be used to help organize next steps, sort through options, identify resources, make a plan, coordinate with referrals, or receive hands-on support with a specific area of life that feels overwhelming.

Support may take place virtually, in the community, or in-home depending on the members needs, availability, and appropriateness of the request.

This service is non-clinical and it is not therapy, crisis support, medical care, legal advice, or case management. It is designed to provide steady, practical support for members who need help moving from overwhelm to action.

What a Session Looks Like

You book a dedicated two-hour coordination session.

During that time, we work side by side on what is most pressing, most avoided, or most important in your week.

That may include:

  • Resetting a room or organizing a space

  • Sorting and prioritizing mail or paperwork

  • Mapping your schedule and commitments

  • Planning transitions or life changes

  • Running errands together

  • Taking a grounding walk while clarifying decisions

  • Completing practical tasks that have been lingering

We move while we talk.

This is not therapy.
It is not cleaning service.
It is not traditional coaching.

It is structured momentum.

You are supported while tangible progress is happening in your physical environment. Conversations unfold naturally — thoughtful, practical, and forward-moving.

By the end of a session, something is complete.
And you feel clearer.

Expanded Coordination

As anjoRENEW grows, additional coordinators extend this model.

Some sessions may emphasize:

  • Aesthetic home organization

  • Wardrobe refinement

  • Personal presentation resets

  • Haircuts or grooming refreshes

  • Visual environment alignment

The foundation remains the same: Dedicated time. Shared movement. Practical progress.

Who This Is For

Lifestyle Coordination is for women who:

  • Are capable, but overwhelmed

  • Think clearly, but struggle to execute alone

  • Want momentum without crisis

  • Value thoughtful conversation while doing real life

Competence should never be a barrier to support.

The Outcome

You leave with:

  • A space that feels lighter

  • A plan that feels manageable

  • Decisions that feel grounded

  • A sense of forward motion

Not advice.
Not dependency.

Steady progress.
