Speaking Engagements

Speaking engagements, workshops, trainings, and presentations provided by anjoRENEW are educational and informational in nature. Content shared during speaking engagements is intended to promote awareness, reflection, and skill-building related to wellness, burnout prevention, and lifestyle support.

Speaking engagements do not constitute medical, mental health, or therapeutic services, and no clinical relationship is formed between the speaker and attendees. Attendees are responsible for seeking appropriate professional support for individual needs.

Feedback, questionnaires, or evaluations collected in connection with speaking engagements are voluntary and used for program improvement, reporting, or educational purposes only.

Questionnaires and Forms

Questionnaires, intake forms, and surveys offered through this website are voluntary and intended for informational, educational, and service improvement purposes only. Responses are self-reported and are not used for diagnosis or treatment.

You understand that submitting a questionnaire does not create a clinical relationship with anjoRENEW LLC.

Nature of Services
anjoRENEW provides non-clinical, lifestyle support and coordination services (e.g., Lifestyle Reviews, Connection Calls, Lifestyle Coordination, and provider introductions).

These services are not medical, mental health, or therapeutic care.

No Medical or Clinical Services
anjoRENEW is not a healthcare provider and does not diagnose, treat, or provide therapy.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact a licensed provider or emergency services.

Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.
Services are supportive and results are not guaranteed.

Third-Party Providers
anjoRENEW may connect you with independent providers.
These providers are not employees of anjoRENEW, and all services, outcomes, and agreements are solely between you and the provider.

Scheduling & Payments
24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
Missed or late-canceled appointments may be forfeited
Payments are non-transferable and generally non-refundable

Membership Terms
Membership Options
3-Month Introductory Membership (fixed term, non-refundable)

Annual Membership, available as:
Monthly payment plan, or
One-time annual payment

Membership Access
Membership provides access to services, preferred pricing, and provider connections.
Unused benefits have no cash value.

Billing & Cancellation
Monthly plans renew automatically
Annual plans renew yearly unless canceled
Cancellation must occur before the next billing cycle
No partial refunds for unused time

No Guarantee
Membership provides support and access, not guaranteed outcomes or provider availability.

Conduct & Use
You agree to engage respectfully and use services appropriately.
anjoRENEW may refuse or discontinue services at its discretion.

Receive Your 20% Reimbursement
Once the requirements are met, eligible members may receive:
20% reimbursed, or
20% applied toward their annual membership
This reimbursement is designed to encourage meaningful engagement with the services, not just membership enrollment.

Requirements each month:
1. Complete the Lifestyle Review & Consultation
2. Engage in 4 Connections Calls per month
3. Complete all reflection questionnaires prior to each contact with your Lifestyle Coordinator following your initial Lifestyle Review Consultation
4. Utilize the hour of Lifestyle Coordination included in your membership

anjoRENEW LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, this website or its content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, anjoRENEW LLC is not liable for outcomes resulting from services or referrals. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
