A Connection Call is a 20-minute, member-accessed support call where you can talk through what’s on your plate and get help organizing your next steps.
These calls are designed to provide practical support for overwhelm, burnout prevention, and day-to-day life management—before things escalate.
You don’t need to have it figured out before you show up.
You just need a place to start. -
Connection Calls are designed for people who are:
Managing both work and personal responsibilities
Carrying a high mental load or invisible workload
Feeling early signs of burnout, stress, or overwhelm
Trying to stay functional and present at work and at home
