The RENEW Table is a room of professionals who’ve figured out that the real stuff (the rough patch, the career curveball, the “I’m not okay but I can’t say that at work”) is where the best connections happen. You don’t need a pitch. You don’t need to be fine. You just need to show up.
How to join
➡️ First, sign up for your Community membership. Read and sign the online agreement, then pay the $50 yearly fee. That gets you a seat at both meetings each month.
➡️ Then, decide if you want an add-on. Add Connected for $20 a month to join the private online community. Or take Inner Circle for $150 a month if you want me in your corner with up to 4 hours of one-on-one help.
➡️ Then, show up. No sign-up, no RSVP.
Tired of polished networking groups where everyone’s performing? So am I. The RENEW Table meets twice a month in St. Paul, and you can join either meeting online. No sign-up, no RSVP. Just pull up a chair. Think of it as your standing table: the same good people, a seat always saved, and conversation that’s real. Come when life is heavy, come when it’s going great, come because you like the company. Real connection, and a few "who know a guy."
The conversation doesn’t have to stop when the meeting does. Connected adds our private online community, so you can check in, share a win, ask for an intro, or vent about a rough Tuesday any day of the week. It’s moderated, so it stays supportive and safe. Same good people, same real conversation, no performing. Connected is an add-on and requires an active Community membership. The current membership price is offered for the first 15 people who sign up. After that it goes up to $25.
Some seasons of life are too full to carry alone. Inner Circle gives you everything at the table, plus a real person in your corner. Each month you get up to 4 hours of hands-on help from me, whether that’s an errand, someone to walk into a new event with, or a second set of hands when things pile up. I’ll also connect you with members who can help with what you’re dealing with. Limited to 3 members. This is not therapy, just real help from a real person.

Membership is for people-centered professionals — therapists, nurses, attorneys, firefighters, and others whose work means holding other people’s hardest moments. If you give so much to your work that there’s little left over for you, this is for you.

Yes. Membership is open to anyone in a people-centered profession who could use confidential, non-clinical support before burnout or crisis hits.

Annual membership for the Community access is $50. Pay this one time for the year and join us at any of our meetings.

Nothing beyond being a member in good standing. There’s no meeting requirement or minimum commitment — use as much or as little support as you need, whenever you need it.
