With The Renew Package, you’ll receive 4 hours of Lifestyle & Wellness Support to be used over the course of 30 days. You get to decide how you want to spend this time. Choose between In-Home Support, Go-With-Me Support, or mix-n-match the two.

    Get hands-on help with tasks like laundry, cleaning, organizing, and meal prep - those everyday activities that are just easier with another person there. You’ll have the support of someone experienced in wellness, making these moments not only manageable but also restorative.

    • Receive hands-on help with organizing your space in a way that feels manageable and sustainable

    • Get support with cleaning, reducing the overwhelm that often comes with keeping up at home

    • Have someone do laundry alongside you, turning a draining task into something more doable

    • Get help with meal prepping, so nourishing yourself doesn’t feel like another burden

    • Receive support reviewing bills and sorting through finances, bringing clarity to what feels heavy or confusing

    • Get gentle guidance to prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, helping you focus on what truly matters right now

  • Go-With-Me Support

    Some moments are easier with someone by your side. Go-With-Me Support offers calm, non-judgmental companionship as you navigate tasks, transitions, or new routines outside your home.

    This service can include:

    • Accompaniment while running errands, grabbing coffee, or exploring your community

    • Support attending medical or personal appointments

    • Having someone alongside you as you adjust to a new routine, location, or life transition

    • Gentle companionship when you want to get out of the house but don’t have someone to call

    Whether you need practical assistance, emotional support, or simply someone to go with you, this time is designed to help you stay grounded, connected, and on track.
