The anjoRENEWAL Group Meetings are held every four weeks on Sundays at 1:00 PM and are designed to provide consistent, real-life support for women balancing work, home responsibilities, and the mental load of daily life.
These small, in-person gatherings sometimes take place in a private residence to create a comfortable, grounded environment. For privacy and safety, the exact location is shared only with registered attendees one week prior to each meeting and is not publicly listed.
Unlike traditional networking events or structured workshops, these meetings are intentionally informal. They offer a space for honest conversation, connection, and practical support among women who are navigating similar pressures and looking for sustainable ways to stay functional and present in their daily lives.
What to expect:
A supportive community of women managing work, family, and personal responsibilities
Open, real conversations about overwhelm, burnout prevention, and daily life challenges
A space to connect without pressure, performance, or expectations
Opportunities to contribute ideas and help shape the anjoRENEWAL community
Early involvement in the vision and development of the anjoRENEWAL Sanctuary
These meetings are part of a broader mission: supporting women before burnout happens by creating access to connection, resources, and practical support in everyday life.
If you’re looking for a more grounded, relational alternative to traditional support spaces—this is where that begins.
